Note: The artist is best known for his depictions of cats. However occasionally other animals, such as this dog, appear as his subject matter. We believe this to be a depiction of A ‘Hokkaido Inu’ dog which was designated a Janaese “National” dog in the 1930’s and this rather topical when Foujita made this print. Edition: 67/100
