Welcome to the DMMI / Outsourcing Inc. and Outsourcing UK Ltd. Royal Windsor Cup silent auction!
This is our first endeavour to conduct a silent auction to help raise awareness and support for Power of Polo, a charity that aims to positively impact the lives of people facing social, economic or health challenges, utilising the sport of polo.
We hope you will enjoy the auction as you support a noble cause.
Power of Polo uses polo as a sport for change. We want to positively impact the lives of anyone facing social, economic or health challenges through programmes that alter perspectives of both self and society. Our work began in 2015 and has reached around 150 people aged from 12 to nearly 70 years old. Our model provides residential experiences for participants, most of whom have never experienced the sport before or even spent time with horses. They develop a knowledge of the sport, key life skills and learn about education and employment opportunities in polo and beyond.
Our model is one of partnership and collaboration, bringing together community organisations, polo clubs and other relevant organisations with the common aim of positively impacting lives through the sport of polo.
Our residential experiences are crucial to also offer respite for those experiencing challenges and exposure to completely different environments and opportunities. Our thorough evaluation of this programme has shown it has significant impact on the physical and mental health of those attending.

As a small charity Power of Polo is hugely grateful for the continued support of Outsourcing Inc through our Change Your Line Charity Cup and beyond. All funds raised will go to our core polo programmes which we are eager to grow over the coming year. With your help we can work with more partners and reach even more participants:
£500 would help us run a one-day taster session for a group of young people who have never experienced polo.
£5000 would contribute to an additional residential experience for a group of eight participants, helping them learn about themselves, the sport and provide opportunities for the future.
£10,000 would support us to launch our newly developed schools’ programme providing lasting educational and employability impact for teenagers who may be experiencing poverty or at risk of youth violence.
As a grassroots organisation we have minimal overheads and maximum efficiency in how our funds are spent. Thank you for supporting us to make a positive difference to our participants lives:
'I learned that I can do anything as long as I try hard. Yeah, I feel like no matter what is thrown at me, I can just deal with it anymore in a composed and positive way instead of just leaving it and not wanting to have anything to do with it. So, this program really helped me boost my self-esteem as well as my confidence’
